I had stuffed chicken once and it was divine. Sometimes the trouble the recipes suggest on “America’s Test Kitchen” is too much for me but I really enjoy hearing the tips they suggest for now to “perfect” a traditional recipe. I always watch in HD because I have a really big TV. The big TV’s need HD because the bigger it is the worse the picture looks. I always get 1080p movies from DISH because it’s just like Blu-ray. When I watch “America’s Test Kitchen” I like to see the dishes when they’re finished, but they don’t put that “dreamy” finish on the camera like the Food Network does.
